Rural Behavioral Health Webinar Series 2016

Description: The creation of strong multi-systems partnerships can provide access to mental health services and supports for children and youth that promote well-being and ensure that those who are at risk are identified early, enabling them to stay in school, graduate and go on to productive lives as young adults. This webinar focused on the Williams County’s LINC (Linking Individuals with Needs to the Community), Safe Schools/Healthy Students Initiative (SS/HS) as an example of effective partnerships between juvenile justice, mental health and schools.  This SS/HS initiative provides coordinated and comprehensive school-based mental health services to children and youth in a rural community in northwest Ohio.
